5. A licence plate other than a detachable plate is valid for as long as it is associated with a road vehicle.

5. A licence plate other than a detachable plate issued for a road vehicle is valid for as long as the owner of the vehicle remains the same.

5. A licence plate and detachable licence plate shall contain the designation of the plate in letters and figures of which the first 3 characters may designate the category of plate.
A licence plate other than a detachable plate issued for a road vehicle is valid for as long as the owner of the vehicle remains the same.
